Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation

Reiki

Reiki means life-force. Receiving Reiki means that you are receiving the "life-force" from the divine universe.  This energy brings healing to all parts of the mind, and healing to all parts of the body. Reiki heals the wounds of the past, the pains of the present, and prepares the chakra system to best handle the future.  The Center offers reiki healing by trained reiki healers who are ready to help you heal.

Yoga makes you stronger physically and mentally. Yoga can also be used to heal the body, heal the scars of the past, and heal worried and sad thoughts.

The Center offers restorative and yin yoga practices to clients looking to heal chronic, pain, anxiety and depression. Through working with yoga poses in a more therapeutic way, you will heal and reconnect to your mind and body.

Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation and mindfulness practices relax the busy, thinking brain to help you tune-in to the present moment.  Meditation and Mindfulness help you to become a peaceful observer of your feelings, your worries, and your triggers.  Your instructor at the Center will help you to train your mind to become your ally and your most trusted friend that you can once again count on for stability, courage, and wisdom.
